Each drop carry the KB anyhow 100′ and back
Then:
Teams of two (You go, I go):
8x Burpees over the Yoke
200′ Sandbag Bear Hug Carry @ 150/80 +
20x Sledgehammer Strikes onto tire
30′ AMRAP
