Then:
Every 4:00 minutes for 20 minutes (5 rounds)
15x Wall Ball (20/14) +
24x DB Snatch (50/30) or 24x KBS for beginners +
40x Walking Lunges @ BW (back knee much touch ground)
Then:
15x Ab Mat Sit-ups +
60s Plank from elbows +
60s Rest
2-3 sets
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
2 rounds…
10x Strict Push-ups +
10x Banded Bent-Over Rows
Then:
Establish a challenging 10-rep Bench Press, 2-3 sets
-With that load across-
3 sets of:
8x Bench Press +
8 Strict Pull-ups
Right into 3 sets of…
6x Bench Press +
6x Strict Pull-ups
Right into 3 sets of…
4x Bench Press +
4x Strict Pull-ups
Then:
10/10 DB Powell Raises off bench
2-3 sets, depending on time
Then:
Cool Down
