1. Wall Ball (Elite – 20 reps, Rx 15 reps, Amateur – 15 Squats), 20/14
2. DB Snatch (Elite  – 16 reps, Rx 12 reps), 50/30
3. Two-Count Mountain Climbers (Elite – 20 rep, Rx – 15 reps)

Continue on this rotation until you reach prescribed distance or time cap (40′)
