In teams of two…
8′ AMRAPs, 2:00 rest between each AMRAP

AMRAP#1:
6x (3 each alternating) Rope Climbs, each +
9/9x Synchronized DB Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35)

AMRAP #2:
6x (3 each alternating) Wall Walks, each +
18x Synchronized KBS (53/40)

AMRAP #3:
P1 10/7 Calorie Assault Bike Sprint +
P2 Medicine Ball Pec Hold for duration of P1’s bike (20/14)

AMRAP #4:
250m/200m Row, each +
12x Synchronized Burpees

 

 

 

STRENGTH
2 sets
5x DB Cuban Press
10x Push-ups
Then:
3x Bench Press, climbing +
8/8 One-Arm DB Rows off bench
5 sets
Then:
Against a 10′ clock:
Climb the ladder on the following BB Complex starting at one rep each, then two, then three, etc.
Biceps Curls +
Bent-Over Rows +
Strict Press
Then:
10x DB Triceps Extensions +
10x DB Pullovers
2-3 sets
Then:
