1 minute Row/Ski/Assault Bike (1)
2 minute circuit 20x Lunges with KB (53/35) + 15x KBS + 10x KB Headcutters + 5x Wall Walks (3)
3 minute Row/Ski/Assault Bike (6)
4 minutes of circuit (10)
5 minutes of Row/Ski/Assault Bike (15)
6 minutes of circuit (21)
7 minutes of Row/Ski/Assault Bike (28)
8 minutes of circuit (36)
9 minutes of Row/Ski/Assault Bike

STRENGTH
3×5 (each) Single-Leg RDLs
Then:
Work up to a challenging 5-rep Deadlift
Then:
5x Deadlift +
10/10 Bulgarian Split Squat (elevate back foot onto bench)
5 sets
Then:
10x Pendlay Rows +
10x Double KBS +
30s Front Rack Hold (same bells)
3-4 sets
Then:
Cool Down with 2×10 Single-Leg Glute Bridge on 45# plate
