STRENGTH
“CNS Primer”
3×8 Earthquake Press, climbing
Then:
4×6 (1 & 1/4) Conventional Bench Press, climbing
Between each set do 10/10 One-Arm Plate Pinch Rows
Then:
3×10 (each) One-Arm Off-Set on Bench KB Chest Press, climbing
Between each set do a 1-6 Crossover Push-up Ladder
Then:
3×12 Seated DB External Rotation

 

 

 

CROSSFIT
Snatch Warm-up
Then:
Squat Snatch E2MOM x 20
Minutes 0-2, 2-4, 4-6: 3 Snatches
Minutes 6-8, 8-10, 10-12: 2 Snatches
Minutes 12-14, 14-16, 18-20: 1 Snatch
If you’re feeling good go for a new PR!
Then:
5 rounds, each for time:
30x Wall Ball +
15x KBS (70/53)
Rest exactly 2:00 between sets
