Then:
Cool Down with a 400m Walk and Couch Stretch

T-Spine Mobility
Then:
3×5 Weighted Dislocates
Then:
Strict Press
8-8-8-4-4-4
Between each set perform 12x Standing Fat DB Hammer Curls
Then:
M.E. Fat Bar Hanging Rows +
10-12x Seated Two-DB French Press
4 sets. Rest as needed between sets
Then:
3x(10-12) Seated DB External Rotation
