P2 FLR in rings (elevate feet onto box) for duration of Deads and Carry

P1 10x DB Push Press (50/35) + 30m Bear Crawl
P2 Dead Hang from Pull-up Bar for the duration for Press and Crawl
P3 Rest

Three-Player Assault Bike Relay
Partiton as you see fit.

Then:

STRENGTH
3×5 Off-Box Single Leg Squats (no assistance from trail leg)
Then:
2x (7-5-3) Front Squat Waves
Be more aggressive on second wave.
Rest plenty between sets
Then:
4xM.E. Hanging Fat-Bar Rows
Between sets do 10x Finger Tip Push-Ups (scale to knees if necessary)
Then:
20x Ab-Mat Sit-ups +
30/30 Side Plank
2-3 sets to cool down
Then:
