“CV Primer”
50-40-30-20-10 Walking Lunges + Dead Hang
P1 50x Walking Lunges
P2 Dead Hang for duration. Each drop = Both players doing 3x Burpee penalty per infraction during transition
Switch
P1 40x Walking Lunges
P2 Dead Hang for duration
Switch, continue to 10x Lunges
Then:
Males use 2×50, Females use 2×30-35
4 rounds of DB “DT” + 150m Run
3 rounds of DB DT + 250m Run
2 rounds of DB DT + 500m Run
DB “DT” is 12x DB Deadlifts + 9x Hang Power Cleans + 6x STO
Then:
4x (30/30) Mountain Climber + FLR
Then:
