DB Curtis P Strength Ladder (Rev Lunge + Rev Lunge + Hang Power Clean + STO)
8 reps, AHAP
6 reps, AHAP
2×4 reps, AHAP
Then:
Work up to a heavy 5-rep Front Squat (3-4 sets)
Then:
Front Squat Waves
2x (5-3-1)
Then:
4×6 Pendlay Rows, across
Between sets do 6x Alt. Strict Diagonal T2B (instead of bringing the feet between the hands, bring them diagonally TO the hands)
Then:
