10x Box Jumps (24/20) +
10x DB Squat Cleans (50/30) +
15/12 Calories (same machine) +
10x DB Burpee/Box Step-ups
4 rounds
Immediately into…
100x Deadlifts (155/125)
Rotate players as you see fit
Both players must do 10x In-Sync Burpee Bar Hops before switching
For time
40′ Cap

 

 

STRENGTH
Bulletproof Shoulders, 2 rounds
Then:
Work up to a 2RM Close-Grip Bench Press (4-5 sets)
Then:
100-Rep Bench Press Challenge
100 reps in as few sets as possible. Each drop do 5x Strict Pull-ups
Males @ 115-135, Females @ 55-75
Then:
4×8 DB “DeadRows” AHAP
Between sets do 12-15x Supine DB Triceps Extensions, AHAP
Then:
Cool Down
