Monster walks
Then:
3×12 (6 each) HAF Alt. Box Step-ups. Hold KB/DBs in Farmer’s position
Then:
3-Rep “Tempo” Front Squats
Rep 1: 6 sec descent
Rep 2: 4 sec descent
Rep 3: 2 sec descent
5 sets, climbing
Then:
4×40 Alt. Slideboard Hammies
Between sets do 20/20 Awkward KB Hold (light bell overhead, heavy bell farmers)
Then:
