3. 10x DB Hang Squat Clean (50/35)
4. 15/12 Calorie Row
5. Rest

Then:

STRENGTH
10-1 Bulgarian Split Squat Ladder
10 left + 10 right
9 left + 9 right
8 left + 8 right, etc.
Then:
4×12 KB Seesaw Press, climbing to AHAP
Then:
4×20 Axle Fat Bar Hanging Rows
Between each set do 12x KB Cross-over Push-ups
Then:
20x BB Grip Roll-ups (45/35) + 5/5 Plate Snatch
3-4 sets
Then:
