12x Burpee/Box Jumps +

Then:
Cool Down with 4x20s HS Holds, against wall (aka Toes-n-Nose)

 

 

STRENGTH
Bulletproof Shoulders x 2
Then:
Work up to a heavy 5-rep Fat Bar (add FatGripz) Close-Grip Bench Press (3-4 sets)
Then, with that load…
4xM.E. Conventional Grip Fat Bar Bench Press
Rets plenty between sets
During “rest” do 15x 3-Pt. KB/DB One-Arm Rows
Then:
100x Straight Bar Curls (45/35)
Each drop perform 20x Strict Push-ups + 5/5 KB One-Arm Bottoms up Press, AHAP
Then:
