In teams of two perform the following:
Partition all work as you see fit
500m Rogue Sled Drag (4×45/3×45).
2500/2200m Ski Relay
200x KBS @ 70/53 (P1 works, P2 FLR)
200x Alt. Sledgehammer Strikes
200x Partner Wall Ball (20/14)
120x Burpee/Box Jumps @ 24/20″
All for time, 60′ cap
Then:
