100 Calories, any machine
100x Wall Ball (20/14)
E4MOM (4,8,12,16,20, etc.) – 150m Run
40′ AMRAP
Then:

STRENGTH
2×15 Frog Leg Glute Bridges
Then:
4×6 1 & 1/4 Back Squats, climbing to AHAP
Chase each set with 15x Jump Squats
Then:
10x Alt. DB Lateral Lunges +
2x (20/10) Alt. Slideboard Hammies
4 sets
Then:
30/30 Side Plank + 12-15x Reverse Hypers on Bench
2-3 sets
Then:
