P1 3 minute interval, P2 work through circuit
P2 4 minute interval, P1 work through circuit
P1 5 minute interval, P2 work through circuit
P2 6 minute interval, P1 work through circuit
P1 7 minute interval, P2 work through circuit
P2 8 minute interval, P1 work through circuit
P1 9 minute interval, P2 work through circuit
Record total distance and total reps
Circuit:
5x Heavy Deadlifts (225/185) +
10x Burpee/Lateral Bar Hops +
15x Wall Ball (20/14)
Then:
Box Breathing and Static Stretching

 

 

 

STRENGTH
2×10 Alt. Handcuffs
2×10 Push-ups with a PLUS
Then:
Double KB Push Press Strength Ladder
10 reps each @ 2×30, 2×35, 2×40, 2xAHAP
Hold the final rep of each set 20s
Rest as needed
Then:
5×10 T-Bench DB Chest Press
Between each set do 12x BB Bent-Over Rows
Then:
Cool down with Reverse Hypers off flat bench
