20x Strict Pull-ups, any grip +
30x Box Jumps @ 30/24″ +
40x Burpees over the Bar Calories, any machine (but stick to the same machine) +
50x Deadlifts (155/105) +
60 Calories (any machine)
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
2×20 Alt. Supermans
Then:
4×12 Conventional Deadlift @ approx. 75%
Rets plenty between sets
Then:
25x Frog Leg Bridges +
20s RKC Plank
4 sets
Then:
12x Reverse Bench Hypers +
40s KB Farmer’s Hold, AHAP
3-4 sets
Then:
