When you come off the Ski Erg rotate through the following:
1. 15x Wall Ball (20/14)
2. 5m-10m-15m-20m-25m Suicide
3. 14x Reverse Goblet Lunge (70/53)
4. 14x Alt. DB Snatch (50/30)
For time

STRENGTH
T-Spine Mobility
2×10 Supine Diaphragmatic Breathing (place small 2.5-5# plate on belly)
3×6 Weighted Dislocates
Then:
16-12-8 Alternating KB Strict Press, climbing
Then:
BB Push Press
6-6-4-4-2, climbing
Rest plenty between sets
Then:
4×5 Strict Pull-ups (focus on retracting scaps and pulling from lats)
Between sets do 6x Neutral DB Rows, AHAP
Then:
Cool Down
