3. 1-DB Box Step-Overs (24/20″)
4. Burpee/Pull-ups (7/6′)
Rest 3:00, repeat once
Then:
Cool Down



STRENGTH
2×10 Quadruped Diaphragmatic Breathing practice
Bulletproof Shoulders, 2 sets
Then:
Incline DB Chest Press
20-15-10, climbing
Then:
Incline Fat Bar/Axle Bench Press
12-12-10-8-8, climbing
Between sets do 12x DB Bent-Over Row (squeeze scapula at top)
Then:
3x60s KB Farmer’s Hold, AHAP
