GENERAL FITNESS
Short warm-up, include TGUs
Then:
In teams of 3-4, 10,000m Ski Erg Relay
P1 30s Ski
P2 Rest
P3 Rest
P4 Rest
During your “rest” rotate through the following activities. Return to the Ski Erg and await your next turn.
1. Burpee/Pull-ups (Elite x 8, RX x 5)
2. 150m Run
3. 2x KB TGU (53/35 or AHAP)
For time, 45′ cap
Then:
Cool Down




STRENGTH
2×5 Weighted Dislocates
Then:
Work up to a heavy Fat Bar Bench Press (2-3 sets)
Then, with that load…
5-5-4-4 Fat Bar Bench
Between sets do 6-8-8-10 DB Reverse Curls
Then:
3×8 DB Bent-Over Rows, AHAP
Then:
3x30s Back Plank on bench
Then:
Cool Down
