2×10 Supermans
2x20s Side Plank (each)
Then:
12-10-10-8 Pendlay Rows +
30s (each) Single-Arm KB Rack Hold +
40s Hollow Body Hold
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Then:
4×12 BB Glute Bridges
Between sets do 15-20x Reverse Hypers off bench
Then:
Cool Down
