60x TEAM Burpee/Lateral DB Hops +
P1 runs 150m, P2 holds KB in Goblet position, switch
40′ Cap

2×10 Banded Seatbelt Tears
2×8 (each) Reverse Goblet Lunges
Then:
12-10-8-8 KB Good Morning
Between sets do 20s Dead Hang
Then:
8-8-6-6 Seated BB Behind-The-Neck Press, climbing (Snatch-Grip)
Between sets do 10x Off-Set Push-ups
Then:
3×10 1-Arm DB Hi-Pulls, work on good high elbow position
Between sets to 12-15x Reverse Hyers off bench
Then:
Cool Down
