3×10 OH Squat w/ Dowel, narrow hands each set
10x Monster Walks
Then:
10-8-6-4-2 (each) Bulgarian Split Squat, climbing
Rest as needed
Then:
7-5-5-3 1 ¼ Front Squats, climbing, focus on keeping chest up
Between sets do 10-10-18-8 Ring Rows driving chest through and squeezing shoulders back
Rest 2-3 min
Then:
3xM.E. Dead L-Hang (when thighs can no longer stay at parallel, set is over)
Then:
