1-12 DB Man-Makers (30/20) + 10/7 Calories (any machine)
Both player do each rung
Rd 1: 1x DB Man-Makers + 10/7 Calories, switch
Rd 2: 2x DB Man-Makers + 10/7 Calories, switch
Rd 3: 3x DB Man-Makers + 10/7 Calories, switch, etc…
Then:
50x BB Biceps Curls (65/45) in as few sets as possible
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
3×10 Overhead Band Tears
3×5 DB Cuban Press
Then:
10-10-8-8 BB DeadRow (RDL + Bent-Over Row = 1 rep), find a challenging load but keep the row clean.
Between sets do 10x (ea) Standing Banded (red) French Press
Rest 2-3 minutes
Then:
30-25-20-15 KB Sumo Deadlifts, each AHAP
Rest 90s between sets
Then:
Cool Down
