Monster Walks
2×10 Single-Leg Glute Bridges
Then:
8-6-4 (ea) 1-Arm KB OH Reverse Lunge, climbing
Between sets do 4×10 Alt. Archer Plank Taps
Then;
7-7-5-5-3 Front Squats with chains
Between sets do 12x Frog Glute Bridges
Rest as needed
Then:
3×12 Stallion Squats
Rets 60-90s
Then:
