20-16-12 DB Floor Press, climbing
Between sets do 12x DB Hammer Curls
Then:
7-7-5-5-3 Fat Bar Bench Press @ 3010 tempo
Between sets do 8-10x 3-pt DB Rows (ea), AHAP
Then:
8-10x Seated Two-DB French Press +
20x (ea) Reverse Wrist Curls (light)
