3. 40s HARD effort on machine (goal = 15/12 cals)
4. Rest

T-Spine Mobility
3×8 Bulgarian Split Squats, off bench (go for good stretch)
2×6 Kang Squats @ 45/35
2×5 Weighted Dislocates
Then:
Work up to a challenging 5-Rep Back Squat (3-4 sets)
Then, using that load…
EMOM x 10
3x Back Squats
Then:
BTN Snatch-Grip Push Press
8-6-6-4-4, climbing
Between sets do 10x Reverse DB Flyes (light and perfect)
Then:
12x Standing Biceps Curls +
8x (ea.) Seated 1-Arm DB French Press
2-3 sets
Then:
