Intro to Olympic Lifting Camp
Join Coach Chris for two hours of Olympic lifting education. This workshop is MANDATORY for all Go Primal Fitness athletes interested in joining our CrossFit classes now or in the future.
The camp begins with a lifting demonstration by Coach Chris where he explains the most relevant points of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
This workshop is designed for beginners to learn the basics, namely our Snatch and Clean and Jerk warm-ups, along with the most simplified variations of each lift so you can tailor them to your individual ability level.
